A meditation getaway is easier than you think! Your inner peace is only moments away. It’s self-love, and it’s within your power.

Tantric meditation is different. It does not require you to empty your mind or sit still–two things nearly impossible for westerners. Instead, Tantric meditation engages your imagination and your body. You’ll breathe a Tantric breath, imagine beautiful things, make comforting sounds, move gently, and circulate your sacred sexual energy through your body. The process shuts down your monkey mind, disengages the fight-flight response, and turns on your peace hormones: oxytocin, serotonin and dopamine. The result? Instant peace.

Our meditation is fully clothed. There is no touching of genitals. You can turn your camera on for community, or leave it off for privacy. It’s up to you.
