A Women’s Circle for Honest Conversations About Sex, Relationships & the Feminine Experience
Six week course beginning July 2. | Thursdays at 7 pm | July 2 – August 5| Grand Junction, CO location provided upon registration.
There comes a point in many women’s lives when we quietly realize:
No one ever really taught us how to talk honestly about sex.
Not the complicated parts.
Not the funny parts.
Not the heartbreaking parts.
Not the deeply beautiful parts.
Not the parts involving aging, desire, fantasy, body image, resentment, longing, pleasure, confusion, emotional hunger, grief, tenderness, or wanting something more.
And certainly not in a room full of emotionally intelligent women who are willing to tell the truth.
That is the purpose of the Erotic Wisdom Salon.
This is a private women’s circle for women who are ready for deeper conversations about sexuality, relationships, intimacy, aging, embodiment, and the evolving feminine experience.
The Salon blends:
- talking-stick style sharing
- sensual embodiment practices
- gentle movement
- ritual and reflection
- journaling
- feminine witnessing
- and the kind of nourishing female connection many women secretly hunger for
This is not therapy.
This is not religious indoctrination.
This is not a performance space.
And this is definitely not “how to become more sexually appealing to men.”
This is a space where women gather to:
- exhale
- listen to their bodies
- reclaim their voices
- laugh
- grieve
- celebrate
- question
- soften
- awaken
- and speak openly about experiences many women carry in silence for decades
Women are welcome exactly as they are:
married, divorced, widowed, celibate, monogamous, non-monogamous, queer, questioning, sexually experienced, sexually inexperienced, heartbroken, awakening, healing, joyful, confused, longing, curious, skeptical, hopeful, messy, wise, tender, or gloriously unfinished.
Topics explored throughout the Salon may include:
- changing desire as we age
- body image and self-worth
- orgasm and pleasure
- emotional intimacy
- fantasy and longing
- sensuality and embodiment
- relationships and communication
- grief, healing, and unmet desires
- what our bodies have been trying to tell us all along
Each gathering includes clear agreements around confidentiality, respectful listening, and non-judgment.
No one is required to share.
No one is analyzed or “fixed.”
Women are encouraged to move at the pace of their own nervous system and truth.
Some evenings are deeply moving.
Some are hilarious.
Some are unexpectedly healing.
Some involve profanity, tears, dark chocolate, awkward honesty, and women realizing they are far less alone than they thought.
Honestly, civilization could use more of that.
The next Erotic Wisdom Salon begins Thursday, July 2 and runs through August 6.
Space is intentionally limited in order to preserve intimacy, trust, and depth within the group.
Come as you are.
Bring your journal.
Bring your questions.
Bring your tenderness.
