Have you wondered what Tantra really is? A search online will yield a different definition on every website, and much of it is nothing more than bedroom enhancement. Why is Tantra so mysterious? At Friday Night Mystery Tantra, you’re the sleuth uncovering the truth about Tantra. You’ll uncover a different mystery every month. What will you discover? Tantra is a powerful set of spiritual tools for stepping into Who You Really Are, so you can love and be loved more deeply than you could ever imagine. Each session in this series explores a different facet of lifestyle Tantra, or white Tantra and how can change your life. Are you ready to uncover the mystery?
Tantra is a 5,000-year-old meditation-based practice that is anything but boring. Created for the “common householder,” Tantra uses five pillars for maximum self-development in the minimum amount of time: Imagery. Breathwork. Movement. Sound. Sacral Chakra energy. Tantra challenges our culture’s dysfunctional view of human sexuality. Tantra sparks emotional healing, intimacy, and self-development. The result is stepping into Who You Really Are so you can love and be loved more deeply than you ever imagined.
Tantra can be practiced whether you are single or have a partner. Once you have the skills, you can call on its power anywhere, in any situation, whenever you need it. Tantra is meant to be practiced right in the swirl of your everyday life.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal, a cushion, and water. You’ll come away from each workshop with practical Tantric skills, feeling amazed and empowered.

Come explore your sacred inner temple. What will you discover there? Bring your journal: you’ll have time to capture the amazing mystery you uncover.
Each month will feature a different theme as we focus on how Tantra bids you to step into Who You Really Are. You’ll come away feeling empowered, with the ability to love and be loved more deeply than you every imagined.
